This document sets out the agreement between you and 3k live governing use of the service. By registering on the site or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these terms. Please read them in full.
General Terms

Account Registration
Creating a personal account is required to use any service on 3k live. Each individual may hold only one account.
2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. 3k live reserves the right to close an account and forfeit deposited funds if false or incomplete information is provided.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Opening more than one account under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 3k live support team immediately. Sharing your password with anyone or allowing others to use your account is not permitted.
Age Verification
3k live strictly follows a 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or take part in any gaming or betting activity.
3.1 Identity Verification
3k live may request documents to verify a user's identity and age at any time. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
3.2 Preventing Minors from Accessing the Site

Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Processing
Deposited funds are added to the account after verification. No refunds will be issued after a successful transaction, unless an error occurred due to a technical fault. If you have a deposit issue, contact the support team.
4.2 Source of Funds
The user confirms that all deposited funds come from a fully legitimate source. If illegal fund transfers are suspected, 3k live reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account. Depositing using a credit card or a third-party account is prohibited.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payments in foreign currency are not accepted.
Withdrawal Policy
Winnings can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
5.1 Processing Time
After a withdrawal request is submitted, the funds will generally reach your mobile wallet within 10 to 45 minutes. It may take longer during account verification or security checks.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
Bonus Terms
3k live's bonus offers are provided under specific conditions. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the associated terms.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,500 bonus — wagering required is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. The bonus can never be withdrawn directly.
6.2 Other Promotional Bonuses
The weekly 3k live charge (30%, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering), the Friday special reload (50%, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering), the cricket festival bonus (40%, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering) — each promotion operates under its own wagering conditions.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
3k live reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts if multiple accounts are created to claim bonuses, coordinated betting is used, or any other dishonest method is employed. Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All games and betting activities on 3k live are conducted fairly and transparently. The individual rules of each game are stated within the game itself.
7.1 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. It is not possible to place a bet outside these limits.
7.2 Technical Issues
If the connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, the result will be determined according to the data stored on the server. In such situations, 3k live's decision is final.
7.3 Cancelled Bets
In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or does not take place, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account. In the case of partial results, payment will be determined according to the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
Taking part in any of the following activities using the 3k live platform is strictly prohibited. Immediate action will be taken in case of a violation.
- Creating more than one account under the same person's name
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software
- Bonus arbitrage or collecting bonuses through dishonest means
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
- Any attempt to undermine the platform's security systems
- Illegal fund transfers or money laundering activities
- Cheating or colluding with other users to gain an advantage
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity

9.1 Data Collection

Account Suspension and Closure

- Bonus abuse or attempted fraud
- Security investigation required
11.2 Closure at the User's Request
If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Any active bonus conditions that have not been met before closure will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Verified accounts will be permitted to withdraw their valid balance.
11.3 Forfeiture
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, deposited bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. A decision regarding the return of the original deposit amount will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.

3k live reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.1 Notice of Changes
For important changes, a notice will be posted on the site and communicated via the registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
